Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Seddik Afifi, President of Thebes Educational Institutions and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Merritt University, Thebes Academy Youth Welfare organizes many sporting events and competitions for students of Taibah Academy in Maadi. The Academy is currently witnessing a chess tournament, five-a-side football events, fine art workshops, and other activities and competitions. The professor confirmed that Suheir Al-Basha, Director of the Youth Welfare Department at Thebes Academy, emphasized the academy’s keenness and interest in student activities along with scientific study, considering the activities part of the academy’s policy in building the student’s personality.
