In this regard, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Selim, professor of computer sciences and former Dean of the Taiba Computer Institute and his student, Engineer Mohamed Issa, assistant teacher at the Taiba Institute of Engineering, published a scientific research on the classification of satellite images using modern computer technology in the "Alexandria engineering journal ", where this magazine is classified as one of the magazines Global first level.
..This research included classifying satellite images into different types, and a modern computer technology was used to classify these images. This research is considered one of the unique researches concerned with this topic, as computer scientists and space sciences are few in the world.
It took more than six months to publish this research in this magazine, where many discussions and deliberations began at the level of world scientists and researchers from the sons of the Taiba Academy, represented by Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Selim and Engineer Muhammad Issa.
