First: Students nominated by the Coordination Office:

A- Instructions for students nominated by the coordination office:

* The student submits the following documents in coordination to the employee in charge of student affairs.

1 - Original and copy of the academic qualification certificate.

2- The original mechanized birth certificate.

3 - Form 2 Soldiers (for males) from the Security Directorate or the Recruitment Department in Hamyat al-Zaytoun.

4 - Military card (from the police department to which the student belongs) for those born in 2002 or less.

5 - 8 recent 4*6 personal photos of the student.

6- A copy of the student's ID card.

The nomination card shall be attached to the papers shown above, showing the name of the institute to which the student is nominated and the specialization

* Receiving the acquaintance request from the competent employee and completing the data indicated in it accurately.

* For those wishing to join the English Language Division, make sure of the total English language (75% = 37.5)

  For high school students only.

Second: Students wishing to transfer to the Academy:

    The student with high school and technical diplomas is eligible for 2020 in its two divisions, to ensure that the minimum aggregate is met

•         Original birth certificate.
•         A copy of the ID card.
•         * Transfer fee 140 pounds.
•         Model 2 Jund.
•         Military card for children born in 2002 or less.
•         Eight (8) recent 4*6 personal photos of the student.

2. Students transferred from non-equivalent institutes and colleges to ensure that they meet the minimum total for the year of obtaining the qualification.

    A case statement showing the academic hierarchy, addressed to The High Era of Thebes, for the computer, documented with the seal of the eagle.
